LTD. «MTІ» is the Ukrainian company, leader at the market of Ukraine in the direction of sales of commodities of folk consumption are shoes.
To date more than 140 shops are opened on all of regions of Ukraine under different brands.
Tasks:
The direct participating is in opening of new shops of company.
Maintenance of cleanness is in offices and vital functions of company.
Providing a cash equipment, by the equipment of the system of safety, phones, digital technique, uniform for the personnel of shops; providing, delivery and control of using up of money facilities expense materials (sticky sensors of the systems of safety, brand packages, price-lists, business cards, etc. types of polygraphy) issued on an account. Planning and concordances of delivery of equipment of expense materials on a shop (work with storage and suppliers).
Control of tailings of commodities and equipment on storage, writing physically and morally-out-of-date equipment.
Co-ordination of directors of shops in the case of necessity of repair works (apartments and equipment).
Co-operating with service of economic security on questions of settling on accounts and determination of suppliers. Participation and conducting of tenders.
Making a decision on expedience of implementation repair, cleaning works and purchase of commodities which was included in jurisdiction of Sector of exploitation.
Planning of budget of sector of exploitation on 2009.
Responsibility for the terms of fire safety in shops (presence of fire-extinguishers and terms of recharging).
An amount of personnel is in the sector of exploitation:

LTD. «SPOCC «Max-Well» is the American company with foreign investments, confidently
entering the pharmaceutical market of Ukraine from the summer 2007 as the first is unique on
today scientific-production oncologic and cardiologic company (and
giving medical services on Euro-american level and the same going near a patient).
Tasks:

Co-ordination and control of effective activity of department in behalf of company:

in all in a company more than 450 persons worked in the day of my care.
In duties included is the every quarter and monthly planning of budget of department,
control, accounting. Conduct and drafting of table of labour activity of department. Control
managers on implementation of internal requests on the purchase of commodities and services.
Signing agreements and permanent monitoring of market on the bought in commodities and services
(cars, office commodities, economic commodities, expense materials, polygraphy, domestic
technique, shelvings, metallic furniture, soft and all of types of furniture from a tree with the
use threw, decorative plastic; furniture for the restaurant), planning and placing of furniture on offices
and etc.
Organization of activity of new objects and head office of company.
Account of comodities on storage and basic comodities ( + taking of inventory). Co-ordination of
workers on keeping an order and cleannesses both into administrative and laboratory corps and on the
perimeter of territory objects of LTD. «SPOCC «Max-Well».
A direct task is development of construction and participating in the decision of design
to the ordered furniture, signing of contracts with companies, winnings a tender to on
acquisitions of objects of «Max-Well» (offices, policlinics, pharmacies and pharmacy points). In a period
able activity to help a company to start the first policlinic in Borispol,
first pharmacy in Kiev and 2 head offices, it was also started fast-food restaurant "Oriental Express "
LTD. «Kviza-trade» Work with permanent suppliers, search of new. Opening of auction
objects in Ukraine. Participated in development of construction of new auction equipment for
opened objects. Engaged in conducting of tenders on the purchase of auction equipment and
to furniture, signing of contracts taking into account protocol about building of object, by control
supplying with an order on the terms of contract, closing of primary book-keeping documents and
accounting about the done work after opening of object. Work with regional
by subdivisions of company. Executed requests from the managers of network of supermarkets on
repair, modernization, purchases of furniture and auction equipment.
With my participation were opend big supermarkets in such cities as:
Lutsk,
Kirovograd,
Nikolaev,
Sevastopol,
Kharkov
+ 4 perfume shop
and 5 pharmacies.
